A few years ago, I started helping students prepare their CVs and first interviews. I quickly realised that we learn many things at school and university… but rarely how to enter the professional world.

How do you build a strong CV? Find an internship? Introduce yourself with confidence? Write a good motivation letter? Prepare for and succeed in an interview?

That is how RecruitAble© was born.

My role is also very individual: helping each student or young professional understand where they want to go, what they already have to offer and what they still need to develop.

Together, we build a personalised toolkit: goals, CV, soft skills, pitch, motivation letters, applications and interview preparation.

Parents can help. Career Centers can too. But sometimes an experienced, independent perspective, entirely focused on you, makes all the difference.

Mom and Dad and their friends are not always the best resource, lacking objectivity and the latest trends and tricks.

Career centres do this work in general but have little or no time for 1on1.

A way to achieve your Goals

I created recruitAble© that consists in a class training on the fundamentals of recruitment (CV, Cover letter, recruitAble 2min video and IPG (interview Prep guide) and One-to-ones to create personalized toolkits.

So far 100% success : happy students getting jobs, internships and places at Universities of their dreams!

And my techniques also work with more experienced workers. The secret ? To develop a vision, fall in love with it, create the road and HIT IT.

Understand the organisation, anticipate questions, prepare your examples and your own questions, then practise under realistic conditions until you are ready.

100 CHF / 100 EUR per hourChoose a single module or let us build an approach tailored to your objective. Some assignments require only one or two hours; creating a complete CV, preparing an important application or running several interview simulations may take longer. We always agree on the work to be done before we start.
